Terms & Conditions (For Tutors)

1. Appointment & Verification

Tutors are appointed after successful verification by CitycoachingZone. Valid ID proof and required documents must be submitted before starting classes. The tutor’s role is strictly academic; any personal or commercial activities are prohibited.

2. Schedule & Fees

Tutors must conduct classes punctually as per the agreed timetable. Any absence requires prior notice to parents or the institution. Tuition fees are set as per CitycoachingZone policy; changes must be mutually approved.

3. Teaching Standards

Tutors must maintain high-quality teaching aligned with the student’s syllabus and learning level. Any form of misconduct, unprofessional behavior, or irrelevant activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Professional Conduct

Tutors must behave respectfully and maintain professionalism at all times. Mobile phones may only be used for educational purposes. Personal, political, or religious influence on students is not permitted.

5. Confidentiality

Tutors must protect all personal and institutional information. Sharing or misusing student, parent, or CitycoachingZone data will result in disciplinary action.

6. Discipline & Termination

Repeated absences, misconduct, or policy violations may lead to termination. In case of disputes, CitycoachingZone’s decision will be final.

7. Safety & Reporting

Tutors are responsible for ensuring student safety during sessions. Any unusual or concerning incident must be immediately reported to the parent or CitycoachingZone.

8. Payment Policy

Payments are made monthly or as per agreement. If a tutor fails to complete assigned sessions, payment will be adjusted proportionally.

9. Contract Term

This agreement remains valid for the tutoring duration and may be renewed with updated terms upon completion.

10. Acceptance

By signing, the tutor confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the above terms and conditions set by CitycoachingZone.
